A family owned hospital, they decided to expand their services from a lying-inn to Level 1 category hospital. The owner hired our design firm to upgrade the facilities and re-invent the character of the hospital. We were challenge with the irregular lot configuration and the existing building that should be utilized with minimal cost to renovate, The project execution will be from Phase 1 to Phase 4 with minimal effect to the operation of the existing facility.
